Mimi Davis, born Mary Leffingwell Hitchcock, was born in 1932. She grew up in Manhattan and Port Washington, but spent some summers with the Leffingwell clan at the Glens Springs, Watkins Glen, NY.

Mimi and her husband, Ray, were active in the Glastonbury Pony Club, their church, and enjoyed sports and travel.

The start of “Racing to end Alzheimer’s” in Watkins Glen has been meaningful to Mimi’s family!
